WP315A Max Hydraulic Butt Fusion Machine
The WP315A Max represents a new step forward for the A Series. Developed for professional pipe installation, it combines a reinforced welded frame, the newly designed HydraFlex™ hydraulic power unit, a fully gear-driven facer and an upgraded heating system.
Every part of the machine is designed around practical jobsite needs: stronger structural support, easier pressure adjustment, more efficient facing and a more flexible operating experience.

Reinforced Frame
· Fully welded steel construction with a reinforced heavy-duty design
· Thickened and enlarged side plates provide greater structural strength
· Equipped as standard with anti-wear pads, drag blocks and a removal sleeve

HydraFlex™ Hydraulic Power Unit
· The newly designed HPU features an intelligent dual-knob pressure control system. Set the required fusion pressure once, then quickly adjust the working pressure for facing, bead-up, heat soak, fusion and cooling without repeated resetting.
· The wired remote control, based on the same control concept used on the FX Series, enables more efficient and flexible operation.
Heating plate
· Thickened cast heating plate for high structural strength and improved heat retention
· High-quality PTFE coating provides reliable non-stick performance
· The integrated temperature controller allows clearer monitoring and more convenient adjustment
Fully Gear-Driven Facer
· Fully gear-driven transmission for reliable and efficient operation

· A combination of single-piece and stacking inserts reduces the number of stacked layers while maintaining a practical and cost-effective configuration
· For common pipe sizes, only one insert layer is required for 250 mm pipe and two layers for 160 mm pipe

What is the welding range of the WP315A Max?
The WP315A Max is designed for pipes from 90 mm to 315 mm with the corresponding clamp inserts.
Are the clamp inserts included?
A standard insert set is available for the listed pipe sizes. The exact configuration should be confirmed according to the order and target market.
What does the HydraFlex™ system do?
It allows the operator to set the required fusion pressure once, then quickly adjust the working pressure for facing, bead-up, heat soak, fusion and cooling.
What can be controlled by the wired remote?
The wired remote controls carriage forward and reverse movement as well as facer operation.
