The WP1200A Pro is designed for 630mm–1200mm HDPE pipe butt fusion welding. This article introduces a new outdoor photo set, showing the machine’s full structure, wide aluminum clamping inserts, enclosed hydraulic unit, large facer and heating plate, optional lifting crane, and optional data logger.

Large-diameter HDPE butt fusion requires more than a wide welding range. The FX1200 is designed for 630–1200 mm HDPE pipe welding, with a reinforced frame, wider die-cast aluminum inserts, modular anti-slip pad blocks, reinforced facer, FX-grade heating plate, and DynaFX® hydraulic system. These features help improve stability in clamping, facing, heating, and pressure control during heavy-duty pipe fusion work.
