Butt fusion welding is an effective, trouble free jointing method for PE, HDPE, PP, PPR pipes. In pressurized piping applications, butt fusion welding can provide excellent performance, just like a whole pipe. Welping WP250A can provide standard welding range of 90mm to 250mm, with sizes 63mm and 75mm are optional.

The Hydraulic butt fusion welding machine, mainly consists of 3 major parts: Carriage (also called frame or base), planing tool (also called trimmer or facer) and heater, hydraulic station with control device. Carriage for precise face joint and steady pipe clamping, planing tool and heater responsible for accurate trimming and heating, hydraulic station provides actuation and control.
