Product Description
Butt fusion welding is an effective, trouble free connecting method for PE, HDPE pipes. In pressurized piping applications, butt fusion welding can provide excellent performance, just like a whole pipe. WP1000A provides standard welding range of 800mm to 1000mm, size 630mm and 710mm are optional.
The Hydraulic butt fusion welding machine, mainly consists of 3 major parts: Carriage (also called frame or base), planing tool (also called trimmer or facer) and heater, hydraulic station with control device. Carriage for precise face joint and steady pipe clamping, planing tool and heater responsible for accurate trimming and heating, hydraulic station provides actuation and control.
To achieve a good jointing, a steady, precise, robust butt welding machine is critical. WELPING had been developing, manufacturing and distributing hydraulic and manual butt welding equipment since 2005. It's our pleasure to help you build reputation in the piping project.
