​The plastic pipe butt welders usually refers to the connection of Haval sleeves. For example, HDPE pressure pipes used in common gas pipes and water supply pipes are usually welded by electric heat fusion pipe fittings. Of course, there are also welding using heat fusion butt welding machines. When the pipe surface is damaged, the plastic extrusion welding gun is usually used as a repair tool, but it is limited to small repairs. ​At present, the electrofusion welding machine for pipe fittings is mainly used for the electrofusion welding of pressure PE and PP pipes, while the electrofusion welding machine is mainly used for the electrofusion welding of non-pressure PE and PP straight or corrugated pipes.

​The electrofusion welding machine uses an effective constant power output, and the output current and the welding time can be set infinitely in a large range to meet the welding requirements of different electric heating bands.It is mainly used for electric melting welding of PE electric heating coils.

​The electrofusion welding machines are divided into AC and DC. The main difference in application fields is that AC welding machines are generally used in steel structure manufacturing units or general machinery or agricultural machinery manufacturing units. DC welding machine is mainly used for welding of pressure vessels, boilers, pipelines, or important structural manufacturing units.

​The electrofusion welding machine uses the high-temperature arc generated by the instantaneous short circuit between the positive and negative poles to melt the solder and the material to be welded on the electrode and combine the objects to be contacted. Its structure is very simple, which is a high-power transformer. According to the type of output power supply, electrofusion welding machine can be divided into two types: AC power supply and DC power supply.
