Prepare material
After receiving the order, our engineers send necessary drawings and material lists to workshop, workers arrange materials according to schedule list. 2
Metal fabrication, die casting, welding
Basic processing involves laser cutting, sheet metal fabrication, die casting, welding etc. 3
Surface finishing
After the parts are processed, different surface treatment such as polishing, sandblasting and spraying will follow. 4
Assembly
All the accessories will be gathered and assembled after all processes are finished. 5
Inspection
Every product is inspected before leaving factory to ensure they will perform as designed. 6
Packing
Products will be packed into designed plywood case, carton boxes or metal sheet box for the safty in transportation.
