Preparation before use: the operator must be specially trained and pass the examination before taking the job. Check the input voltage specification of the welding machine, make sure to access the voltage that meets the requirements. Correctly match the wire of power supply and connect the earth wire to prevent electric shock accident. Clean the oil joints, connect the parts of the welding machine correctly, and check and clean the heating plate, if damaged, it should be replaced or repaired.

Heat fusion welding operation: Milling the welding surface to ensure that the end faces are smooth and parallel, placing the heating plate, adjusting the welding pressure and completing the welding steps within the specified time. Avoid high-pressure collisions and allow sufficient natural cooling after welding is complete.

Operating Precautions: The operator must wear appropriate personal protective equipment. When welding in rainy weather or in sub-zero environments, appropriate protective measures should be taken. Ensure that the welding surface is clean and dry, free from damage, impurities or dirt.Each weld should have a detailed original welding record, including weather conditions, ambient temperature and other parameters.
