Our newly upgraded FX series hydraulic unit features a fully enclosed cabinet design, optimized for real job-site conditions. Hydraulic components, the oil tank, and piping are integrated inside the housing, with only essential ports and the control panel exposed. This layout helps reduce the impact of rain splash, dust, and wind-blown particles, and makes cleaning and routine maintenance more straightforward.
Core components are protected inside the cabinet, reducing exposure and the risk of contamination, impact, or accidental operation.
· Weather-shielded layout
The top and side panels form an enclosed shell that helps block light rain, splashes, and some wind-driven dust from entering critical areas, supporting stable hydraulic performance on site.
· Centralized control panel
The pressure gauge, temperature controller, and switches are grouped on one side. A hinged cover protects the panel when not in use and helps prevent dust build-up and accidental contact, keeping operation clear and controlled.
· Easy to move and position
Equipped with casters and side handles, the unit can be moved between workshop and job site and positioned conveniently next to the butt fusion machine, with neater hose and cable routing.
