Last Thursday at 9 a.m., our boss drove us to the production factory of the butt welding machine. I’ll be honest, I had some preconceptions about what a factory might look like, but all of those vanished the moment we stepped inside.
The place was surprisingly clean and organized. Everything had its place, and you could easily follow the logical flow of the production process—it felt both efficient and focused.
During the morning, we got a full tour of the production area. Our guide didn’t just show us around; he took the time to patiently explain every single step of the butt fusion machine’s operation, from raw material handling to the assembly of different product models. I came away with a much deeper understanding of how things are truly made.
The afternoon was dedicated to photographing and testing our HDPE pipe jointing machine, model FX200. One of my colleagues performed the hot melt welding procedure with real focus, while our boss captured the process on camera and offered guidance. The whole test ran smoothly and stably, and the welding result turned out perfectly—so much so that we all gathered around afterward to take a closer look at the nearly seamless joint.
For me, the day was more than just a visit; it was a real, hands-on look at the care and precision that goes into our products. It’s one thing to read about quality, and another to actually see it happen.
If you’re curious about how our equipment or approach could bring value to your work, I’d be happy to share more. Let’s have a conversation.
We happily took a group photo to capture the moment.
