The latest hydraulic unit features a newly introduced magnetic remote control. During workshop testing, the remote proved simple and intuitive to use. It attaches securely to the hydraulic unit with a light placement and can be fixed to the side panel, top cover, or any steel surface, allowing operators to position it wherever it is most convenient during operation.
Despite its compact size, the remote integrates all key functions required for daily welding work:
Forward
Backward
Facer switch
Power / emergency stop
The emergency stop function enables immediate shutdown of power and movement in unexpected situations, providing a direct and reliable safety response.
On site, operators frequently move around the machine to check pipe alignment, observe movement, or monitor welding conditions. Repeatedly returning to the hydraulic unit for control adjustments can interrupt workflow.
The remote control was introduced to address this practical challenge.
· Flexible Operating Positions
Machine movement can be controlled from positions with clearer visibility, such as near the pipe ends or alongside the clamps.
· Closer Monitoring During Welding
Forward and backward motions can be adjusted while standing close to the joint, making fine positioning easier and more intuitive.
· Improved Work Efficiency
Reducing unnecessary movement allows operators to stay focused on the welding process, particularly during large-diameter operations.
While visually simple, the magnetic remote responds directly to real job-site needs:
Attaches easily to any steel surface
Keeps essential controls within easy reach
Enables fast emergency shutdown
Supports smooth operation during heavy-duty welding
This design reflects a focus on usability and reliability rather than added complexity.
