These photos were taken at a construction site near Islamabad, Pakistan.
The welding work was carried out outdoors, with equipment and pipes placed directly on a gravel surface. There was no permanent workshop or specially prepared foundation available at the location.
The machine used on this project was the Welping WP250A butt fusion welding machine, which was applied for on-site HDPE pipe butt fusion welding.
From the photos, the WP250A is shown in its standard working configuration.
The machine frame, hydraulic power unit, electric facer, and power supply are arranged separately and connected in a layout commonly used in field operations.
No additional supports or customized modifications were required.
After basic setup on the ground, the equipment was placed directly into operation.

Before welding began, the pipes had already been clamped and aligned.
The clamping appears uniform, and the pipe axes remain properly aligned, providing stable conditions for the facing process and the welding steps that follow.
The facer, hydraulic unit, and power supply are positioned for convenient access, allowing the operator to follow a clear and standard welding workflow without unnecessary adjustments.
This project reflects a typical outdoor construction environment often seen in parts of South Asia and the Middle East.
Although the site itself is relatively simple, the requirements for welding quality and operational stability remain unchanged.
The photos show the WP250A operating under these field conditions in a normal working state.
These images were captured during routine construction work and were not staged for demonstration purposes.
They document a standard HDPE pipe butt fusion welding process carried out directly on site.
