On December 30, 2025, a factory photo session was carried out for the FX1000 butt fusion machine, documenting the machine in its complete configuration.
From overall appearance to structural details, the FX1000 follows the same design concept and material system applied across the FX series. The main distinction lies in its larger physical size and corresponding capacity, consistent with its model positioning.
As shown in the photos, the side frames of the FX1000 are manufactured from a single-piece steel plate. Compared with machines from the A series and A Pro series, the thickness of the side frame plates is increased by approximately 20%, reflecting the structural requirements of this size range.
The clamp inserts adopt an angular profile. Their structural form remains consistent with other FX series models, while the dimensions are adapted to suit the FX1000 specification.
Within the clamp inserts, movable anti-slip pads are integrated. These pads can be repositioned according to pipe conditions to increase friction between the clamp and the pipe. When handling non-standard pipes, adjustments can be made by repositioning the anti-slip pads rather than replacing the clamp inserts.
Based on what is shown in this factory photo record, the FX1000 follows the same structural design logic as other FX series machines, with differences mainly reflected in model size and overall machine dimensions.
