Customer Case | 900mm HDPE Pipe Fusion Welding Project in Germany

These photos were shared by one of our German clients, showing an on-site welding project using the Welping WP1000A hydraulic butt fusion machine to weld 900mm HDPE pipes.

In this underground pipeline project, the construction team used the WP1000A to complete the connection of large-diameter PE pipes. Even in a narrow trench and with heavy pipe sections, the machine maintained stable pressure control and precise heating temperature, ensuring consistent and reliable welding quality.
