Last week, our team returned to the factory floor to photograph a full set of the FX630 butt fusion welding machine. Although we work with these machines every day, seeing an entire set arranged and ready for shipment still brings a sense of pride. Every frame, every hydraulic unit, every matching accessory reflects the work of dozens of people behind the scenes—designers, welders, machinists, and testers—all contributing to one reliable machine.
The FX630 is built for demanding HDPE pipeline projects. Its welded steel frame provides the rigidity required for larger diameters, while the facer, heating plate, and hydraulic unit form a stable system that delivers consistent fusion results. In our photos, you can clearly see how these components come together as a complete, ready-to-use welding set.
This shoot also captures the real environment where the FX630 is assembled and inspected. Before any machine leaves the factory, every detail—from pressure performance to alignment accuracy—is carefully checked. These procedures aren’t just part of our workflow; they represent our responsibility to the people using the machines in the field.
We hope this set of photos helps you better understand how the FX630 is built and delivered. If you would like to know more about the FX series or discuss your project needs, our team is always happy to connect with friends and partners from around the world.
