A new batch of butt fusion machines has recently completed assembly and inspection and is now moving into the packing and shipping stage.
In the workshop, the machines are arranged in rows, awaiting final checks before packaging. Each unit goes through a basic functional inspection to ensure that the frame structure, hydraulic system, and key components are operating as expected.
After inspection, the machines are prepared for transportation. They are packed in custom wooden cases, with internal supports designed to secure each unit and reduce movement during transit.
These machines are intended for welding HDPE and other thermoplastic pipes, commonly used in water supply, gas distribution, and various infrastructure projects.
Once packing is completed, the machines will be shipped to different destinations and put into operation on site.
